Responsibilities include routine cleaning, restrooms, inventory checks, and supporting event setups. Required are prior janitorial experience and ability to work day or evening shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of infection control and sanitary environments.

• Physical stamina to lift and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work day and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning in common areas, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste according to guidelines.
• Refill dispensers for soap, towels, and toilet paper as needed.
• Monitor inventory and notify supervisor when supplies need reordering.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address cleanliness and safety issues.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Complete other tasks as requested by the customer and Advanced Building Maintenance, Inc.
