Job summary

Care 4 U Community Health Center is seeking a part-time Medical Director to oversee clinical operations in our Miami, FL site. The role focuses on medical leadership, policy development, and high-quality patient care across our clinical teams.

You will mentor mid-level practitioners, review charts for CMS/state compliance, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within a patient-centered, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License (MD or DO).
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related specialty.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with leadership experience.
• 2+ years in HIV/AIDS care and prevention (including PrEP).
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare compliance, CMS/Medicare & Medicaid regs, and EMR.
• Ability to pass Level II Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight and supervise clinical staff.
• Develop and update clinical policies and protocols.
• Lead provider development and mentorship for nurse practitioners.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in clinical quality management and improvement initiatives.
