Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide care across local skilled nursing facilities in McPherson, KS.

You will collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care while providing clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities. The position offers flexible scheduling with 18–25 visits per day, no fixed daily start times, no call or overnight shifts, and

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board-Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care across local skilled nursing facilities with NP/PA collaboration and clinical leadership.
• Deliver patient-centered care with oversight within assigned facilities.
