Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a Medical Director/Attending Physician in Hudson, Ohio for a part-time role delivering high-quality post-acute and long-term care.

You will supervise care at local facilities, collaborate with NPs and PAs, and provide clinical leadership with a patient-centered approach. The schedule is flexible, typically 1–2 days per week per facility, with 18–25 visits daily, no calls or overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with unrestricted US license or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities
• Collaborate with NPs and PAs to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
• Deliver high-quality medical care across local skilled nursing facilities
