Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to cover local skilled nursing facilities in Pratt, Kansas. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, clinical leadership, and patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term patients.

You will collaborate with experienced NPs and PAs, provide oversight, and help deliver high-quality care while maintaining a work-life balance. Boards eligible/certified physicians encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care across local skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
• Document and coordinate care efficiently.
