Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. seeks a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide care across local skilled nursing facilities in Bonham, Texas.

You will lead clinical teams, oversee patient care, and collaborate with NPs and PAs to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered services. The role offers flexible scheduling with 18–25 visits per day, no calls or overnight shifts, and commitment to high-quality post-acute and long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, Geriatrics, PM&R, or ED.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care across local skilled nursing facilities in Bonham, TX.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight within assigned facilities.
