Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care per policies.
• Collect patient data: VS, weight, chief complaint, pain.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Enter and verify patient demographics and insurance in billing.
• Complete forms for continued patient care.
• Provide patient safety and infection control.
• Perform phlebotomy and label specimens.
• Travel between Independence Health locations as needed.
