Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and obtain vital signs.
• Document patient medical history and reconcile medications.
• Navigate EPIC EMR and coordinate tests/appointments.
• Support providers with clinical tasks and patient flow.
• Communicate with pharmacies, insurers, patients and physicians.
