University Hospitals Rainbow Babies Surgery Clinic in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Part-Time Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support in an outpatient setting. You will room patients, record vital signs, assist with procedures, support providers, and help maintain efficient patient flow while delivering patient‑centered care.

Requires completion of a Medical Assistant program and a high school diploma or GED; preferred CMA certification and within 90 days BLS.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates unit operations by managing patient flow.
• Assist with front desk duties: scheduling, collecting and verifying payor information and other documentation.
• Performs basic patient-centered care as delegated by provider.
• Maintains a safe environment for patients.
• Performs other duties as assigned and adheres to policies.
• Protects PHI and follows UH code of conduct and procedures.
