Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years as a medical assistant or related employment.
• CMA, RMA, CCMA credentials are preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Basic computer skills (emailing, printing, scanning, troubleshooting, WiFi) are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each class by reviewing the provided curriculum and using lab stations.
• Demonstrate medical skills and assist students in hands-on lab practice.
• Evaluate student performance and adjust as needed to meet learning goals.
• Enforce classroom management and safety protocols.
