Zollege is hiring a Part-Time Medical Assistant Instructor to join Greensboro Medical Assistant School. The role blends online teaching on Mondays 6 PM–9 PM with in-person Friday lab sessions from 8 AM–5 PM, across an 18-week program designed for hands-on, real-world learning.

The instructor will mentor students, leverage clinical experience, and ensure safety and engagement in a doctor’s-office learning environment. Prior medical assistant leadership and CPM/CCMA credentials are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years as a medical assistant or related employment.
• CMA, RMA, or CCMA credentials.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Basic computer skills (emailing, printing, scanning, troubleshooting, connecting to WiFi).
• Strong communication skills; teaching enthusiasm and mentorship.

• Prepare for each class by reviewing the provided curriculum and labs.
• Demonstrate medical skills and supervise hands-on practice in the lab.
• Evaluate student performance and adjust to meet learning needs.
• Enforce classroom management and safety protocols.
