Zollege seeks a Part-time Medical Assistant Instructor for our Topeka, Kansas program. Instructors guide and mentor students in a hands-on clinical setting within a doctor’s office environment, bringing real medical assistant experience to classroom learning.

Classes run mainly on Saturdays from 7:30am to 6:30pm with occasional weekday evenings. The role emphasizes patient‑centric training, safety, and practical readiness for entry‑level medical assisting careers.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and guiding students.
• Ability to manage class routines and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for each class using provided curriculum and labs.
• Demonstrate medical skills and supervise hands‑on practice in the lab.
• Evaluate performance and adapt teaching to student needs.
• Enforce classroom safety and policy adherence.
• Convey curriculum effectively via lectures and demonstrations.
