Classes are primarily on Saturdays, with some locations offering additional morning, evening, or weekday sessions. This position emphasizes real-world training conducted within a doctor’s office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as a medical assistant or related role.
• CMA, RMA, CCMA credentials preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for each class using provided curriculum and labs.
• Demonstrate medical skills and supervise hands-on practice in lab.
• Evaluate student performance and adjust to meet learning needs.
• Enforce classroom management and safety protocols.
• Convey curriculum effectively through lectures and demonstrations.
