Primary campus Central, multiple sites, evenings and weekends as needed. Part-time position with focus on clinical instruction and student success; background in CMA/CCMA/RMAA and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in Medical Assisting.
• 3–5 years field experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Active CMA, CCMA or RMAA certification.
• Phlebotomy and EKG experience.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Evenings/weekends availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and/or lab instruction aligned with course objectives and program standards.
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate students in clinical settings with safety and professional standards.
• Provide mentorship and real-world insights to students during clinical rotations.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance and clinical competencies.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.
