• Good oral and written communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Maintains professional behavior and attitude towards patients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Screens patients according to WFHC protocols and vital signs collection.
• Performs accurate charting in medical records per WFHC policies.
• Provides assistance to care team as needed.
• Maintains exam rooms and work areas, disinfecting between patients per policy.
• Performs phlebotomy/finger sticks as trained.
• Set up testing site and maintain supplies.
• Explain procedures to patients and provide education.
• Register patients in portals; experience with Athena EHR.
• Wear PPE and manage client flow; review/testing results.
• Administer injections (subcutaneous, intramuscular, intradermal).
• Perform in-house waived testing (pregnancy tests, hemoglobin, glucometer, etc.).
• Occasionally travel between clinics for coverage.
• Follow up on appointments to ensure patient compliance.
