Job summary

Las Vegas Pediatrics Pllc is seeking a Part Time Pediatrics Medical Assistant to join our team. You will prepare for patient visits, pull charts, and assist with medical staff, while helping manage inventory and equipment setup.

Strong customer service toward children and prior pediatrics office experience are preferred. You will also support with tests, lab reporting, and keeping patients informed about their care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Part Time Pediatrics Medical Assistant to join our team! As a Medical Assistant, you will be preparing for each patient visit (Well/Sick/Urgent) by preparing charts and pulling notes before their arrival, providing routine support alongside MD/PA/NP and medical staff, and assisting with keeping track of tests and lab reporting to ensure everything arrives on time and the patient is kept informed on their condition and care. You will also be helping manage the inventory of medical supplies, setting up machines and testing equipment, and cleaning instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills focused on children, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment and has previous office experience in Pediatrics.
