Mindrift is seeking US-based physicians to participate in a flexible, project-based AI evaluation program. You will review clinical EHR vignettes for accuracy, provide rationale, and contribute to the evaluation of AI performance.

Projects are part-time with tasks estimated at 10–20 hours per week during active phases. Compensation is task-based and can reach up to $130 per hour, depending on qualification tier and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) and an active US medical license.
• Board certification or completed residency with recent direct patient care.
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.
• Strong written English (C1+)

Responsabilités

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes paired with a question, a proposed answer, and a distractor “trap” answer across multiple medical systems.
• Score the clinical reasoning quality of benchmark items: vignette accuracy and completeness, trap quality, and answer correctness.
• Check whether the reasoning chain reaches the answer from vignette facts alone and write short rationales.
• Participate in physician adjudication and ensure high-quality evaluations.
