Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking a Personal Care Aide/Med Tech for Shenango on the Green in New Wilmington, PA. This part-time, casual, hourly, non-exempt role covers days, evenings, and weekends, with starting pay between $15.40 and $17.94 per hour based on experience.

The Personal Care Aide assists residents with ADLs and daily activities, while the Med Tech handles medication administration and documentation.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of certification requirements in Dementia Care and DHS Direct Care training during orientation.
• Obtain and maintain certification in Medication Administration, CPR, and first aid.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing and toileting to support hygiene, grooming, and self-esteem.
• Serve meals or monitor eating and accompany residents to activities.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers to promote continuity of care.
• Med Tech role requires knowledge of Medication Administration Cycle, observations, reporting changes, practitioner visits, and documenting medications.
