Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess both CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and medication administration within scope of practice.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Report incidents and resident status to the health care team via Daily Log and EMAR/MAR.
• Support move-in and transition for new residents with emotional assistance.
• Attend medication trainings and complete medication cart audits as assigned.
