Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure in Georgia or a multi-state Compact license.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience with direct patient care preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or equivalent certification required.
• Excellent English communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care aligned with diverse population characteristics.
• Collaborates with patients and families via bedside report and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Practices according to current clinical standards.
• Coordinates delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care with inclusive communication.
• Promotes teamwork and fiscal responsibility within the healthcare team.
• Supports performance improvement and governance initiatives and research utilization.
• Participates in professional development and mentorship of staff and students.
• Engages in evidence-based practice and protocol adherence across units.
• Plans for care across the continuum and contributes to protocol development and care optimization.
