Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting age, gender, disease, and cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families via bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education.
• Practices according to current clinical standards and safety practices.
