• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or closely related field is required.
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to student-centered learning and teaching.
• Ability to collaboratively work in multidisciplinary settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral English.
• Graduate degree is preferred; teaching and/or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience in working with diverse populations and fostering an inclusive environment.
