Job summary

Giant Food’s Rockville, MD location is seeking a Meat/Seafood Clerk to join our fast-paced team. You will help customers, prepare, package, and display fresh meat and seafood while upholding food safety and quality standards.

This role can be in either the meat or seafood department, with duties including weighing, labeling, stocking, and maintaining clean cases. A high school diploma is preferred and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Product Handling - Prepare, package, weigh, and label meat and seafood items while ensuring freshness and quality.
• Sanitation & Stocking - Maintain clean cases and work areas, rotate stock, and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
