Job Title: Part Time Meat Clerk at Harris Teeter

Pay Range: $17.45/hr - $17.45/hr (with potential to increase up to $20.10/hr based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

1. Processing, packaging, and stocking meat products according to Meat Standards.
2. Cleaning work areas and providing excellent customer service.
3. Unloading stock and reloading salvage.
4. Performing seafood clerk duties when assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Skills & Certifications

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in training and work as part of a team.
• Completion of company training including food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50-100 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
• Work in a cool, humid environment with exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, and noise.
