Job summary

VOA Colorado is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to transport meals and supplies from the Central Kitchen to delivery points for Volunteers of America Seniors' Nutrition, Meals on Wheels, Residential and Head Start programs.

The role involves packing, loading, and organizing agency vehicles, maintaining safety, and coordinating with clients, volunteers and staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries across a scheduled route.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check and annual MVR without major violations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals and supplies from the Central Kitchen to scheduled delivery points.
• Load meals, milk and supplies into vehicles according to the route sheets.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and delivery equipment.
• Communicate with clients, volunteers, coworkers and community partners.
• Report safety or mechanical issues to supervisor.
