Crane's Mill in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking a part-time MDS Coordinator (32 hours/week) to join our 5-star continuing care retirement community. The role centers on coordinating MDS 3.0 data accurately and on time, supporting regulatory compliance and care planning.

Education and experience: Bachelor's in nursing preferred, NJ RN license, CPR, and at least two years as MDS Coordinator in skilled nursing. We offer competitive benefits and a salary up to $105,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; NJ RN license required.
• CPR certification required; AN AAC certification preferred.
• One year RN experience in a skilled nursing facility.
• Minimum two years as an MDS Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MDS 3.0 processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain MDS schedule and transmit weekly.
• Collaborate with IDT and social services for care planning.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and EMR documentation.
