Day-to-day responsibilities include developing curriculum resources, aligning content with academic standards, and ensuring materials support diverse learning needs and student success. The specialist will create training materials, facilitate educator training sessions, and provide guidance on instructional best practices. Additional duties include conducting research on effective educational strategies, writing clear documentation and guides for instructors, and collaborating with school leadership to continuously improve curriculum and training programs.
