Think Zone Learning Center in Irvine is seeking a part-time Math Tutor to assist K–8 students with one-on-one instruction. You will explain math concepts clearly, foster problem-solving and build student confidence, with a schedule designed around school commitments.

Ideal candidates are in high school or college, with a strong math foundation and a positive, patient teaching style. Training and curriculum are provided, and there are opportunities for leadership as you grow with the center.

Qualifications

• Background in math and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience tutoring or working with kids is a plus but not required.
• Able to be friendly, dependable and patient with students.

Responsibilities

• Tutor K–8 students through personalized one-on-one math instruction.
• Explain math concepts in ways students can easily understand.
• Track student progress using the curriculum and resources.
