Job summary

Mathnasium is hiring a part-time Math Instructor to support K-12 students after school and on weekends, teaching in-center and online using the Mathnasium Method™, with a shared focus on individualized instruction within a collaborative team. Progress is monitored throughout sessions.

We seek a candidate with a passion for math, strong interpersonal skills, and the eagerness to learn and be trained. The role employs our proven curriculum and digital materials, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for math and working with students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.

Responsibilities

• Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
