Job summary

LT Learning Academy is seeking a Part-Time Math Teacher to teach students in Grades 1–10 in our Johns Creek, GA classroom. This role requires on-site presence and a passion for helping students build confidence in math.

The ideal candidate will have strong math knowledge, prior teaching or tutoring experience, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree or current college student in a related field is preferred. Flexible, weekday afternoon/evening and weekend hours are available.

Position

We are seeking a Part-Time Math Teacher to teach students in Grades 1–10. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, explains concepts clearly, and creates a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach math classes for students in Grades 1–10
• Help students strengthen problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Assign homework when appropriate

Qualifications

• Strong math knowledge (Grades 1–10 curriculum)
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or current college student in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, patient, and passionate about education
• Authorized to work in the United States
