Job summary

C2 Education is seeking a part-time instructor to deliver after-school lessons aligned with our curriculum. You will assess student progress, provide feedback to families, and maintain records in a collaborative teaching environment.

Preferred candidates have SAT/ACT teaching experience and a minimum of two years of teaching. Strong communication and differentiation skills are essential for supporting diverse learners in a K-12 setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Score at the 95th percentile on diagnostic SAT, AP, or ACT.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching SAT/AP preferred.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with prescribed curriculum and learning goals.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and guardians.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive and enriching learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the position.
