Responsibilities

• Lead small group mentoring sessions ~20 minutes each during the school day, totaling 60–90 minutes per week.
• Help students set and achieve weekly academic and behavioral goals.
• Meet with site supervisor and math specialists weekly to assess progress.
• Maintain daily records of mentoring sessions and performance.
• Attend regional training/orientation in August/September and ongoing training.
• Attendance is an Essential Function; in-person work at school site.
