Fortis Franchise Group is hiring a Math Instructor at our Bonita Springs center. This part-time role focuses on one-to-one and small-group instruction, helping students strengthen math skills, build confidence, and feel proud of their progress.

Ideal for someone who enjoys teaching or tutoring, with opportunities for growth and leadership across multiple centers. Training is provided, and no prior teaching experience is required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with math concepts through Algebra.
• Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to connect with both students and parents.
• Reliable availability for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging one-to-one and small-group instruction as a Math Instructor
• Teach and support students in math concepts through Algebra
• Create a welcoming, motivating, and productive learning environment
• Build confidence and enthusiasm for math in every student
• Track and communicate student progress with Center Managers and team members
• Follow Mathnasium’s teaching and instructional methods
• Support daily center operations and teamwork
• Work closely with other instructors, teachers, and leadership
