Mathnasium in Yorktown South is hiring part-time Instructors to provide individualized math instruction to K–12 students. This position offers a rewarding opportunity in a supportive team culture, focusing on helping students build confidence and understanding in math.

Ideal candidates have strong math skills up to Algebra I and enjoy working with students. The role typically requires around 6–10 hours per week, with a strong preference for availability on Wednesdays.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong math skills, especially in Algebra.
• Ability to communicate with students clearly and confidently.
• Must be patient, positive, and encouraging.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction to students in small groups.
• Use the Mathnasium Method to assess and support student understanding.
