Job summary

Assumption University seeks part-time adjunct instructors for MAT 114 (Elementary Functions) to teach in-person sections. Successful candidates will staff office hours (two hours per class section) and will join a department committed to quality teaching and student success.

Applicants with a Master’s degree or PhD in Mathematics (or related fields) are encouraged to apply. ABD graduate students with teaching experience will also be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a related field.
• ABD candidates with prior teaching experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Teach MAT 114: Elementary Functions in-person.
• Maintain office hours: two hours per class section.
• Potential to teach additional courses in subsequent semesters.
