Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, math, or related field.
• Professional Utah Educator License or transferable license from another state; or plan to obtain license before start date.
• Professional Mathematics endorsement Level 4 or Level 2/3 with plan to obtain Level 4 within 3 years.
• Strong communication skills in English; effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Guide educators in data collection, interpretation, and instructional improvement.
• Lead professional learning to grow math pedagogy and content knowledge.
• Collaborate with district and school staff to support student achievement.
• Attend and supervise activities outside regular hours as needed.
• Provide job-embedded professional learning with collaborative planning and data-driven goals.
• Support reflective practice and model evidence-based teaching strategies.
