Qualifications

• 1–3 years in purchasing, supply chain, or related area preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• ERP experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong computer and data-analytic skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a continuous flow of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies to support production.
• Coordinate open purchase orders and schedule orders with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and drive improvements.
• Resolve late orders and delivery issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Review Material Requirements Planning (MRP) messages daily.
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, planning, engineering, and other teams.
• Maintain accurate material and order data in company systems.
