FedEx in Indiana—Southport is seeking a part-time package handler to operate equipment safely for moving packages, documents, and heavyweight freight. You’ll assist pallet buildup/breakdown and liaison with the ULD repair vendor as needed, while performing other duties. A valid driver’s license is required with the ability to work in varying weather and shifts.

The role is part-time (approx. 20 hours weekly) with two shifts: daytime 10am–5pm Tue–Sat (plus a premium) or overnight 11pm–5am Mon–Fri

Responsibilities

• Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for movement of packages, documents and heavyweight freight.
• Assists in buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight.
• Serves as liaison between FedEx and ULD repair vendor as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
