Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Formal education as described or equivalent reading/writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Masters swim workouts for a wide range of abilities.
• Provide real-time analysis of stroke and technique with individualized feedback.
• Ensure pool safety and enforce rules, ready to respond to emergencies.
• Communicate schedule changes and program updates to participants.
• Inspect pool area/equipment and report hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain and supervise use of swim gear, coordinate repairs as needed.
• Represent the Masters swim program professionally to participants and partners.
