Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an instructor in St. Louis to deliver in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness instruction to PreK-12 students. The role includes training, lesson plans, and materials, with reporting to a Program Success Manager.

Qualifications include AA degree or higher, 2+ years teaching experience, and strong communication skills. Part-time schedule and on-site work in St. Louis, MO are required.

Qualifications

• AA Degree (or higher) required or preferred.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing experience preferred.
• Experience working with children a must.
• Educational (development or training) experience helpful.
• Teaching degree or certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality in-person instruction across STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills or Fitness.
• Review lesson plans and materials before instruction and stay on schedule.
• Maintain professional communication with the Program Success Manager and site staff.
• Engage students and families through innovative, age-appropriate activities.
• Support the community by encouraging student engagement and learning.
