Responsibilities

• Social Media Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate leads and attract members.
• Content Creation: Regularly film at the gym and produce Reels and short videos featuring coaches, members, and community.
• Social Media Management: Develop content ideas, maintain a posting schedule, and craft posts, stories, and graphics reflecting the Lifted brand.
• Graphic Design: Use Canva to produce on-brand graphics, flyers, postcards, and event signage.
• Local Marketing & Partnerships: Build collaborations with local businesses, schools, sports groups to boost brand awareness.

Lifted Fitness + Performance is a strength and conditioning gym in Walpole, MA, focused on helping people of all fitness levels get stronger, build confidence, and improve their overall fitness. We offer group strength and conditioning classes, personal training, and youth athletic performance programs in a welcoming, supportive community.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive marketing professional to help grow our local presence, attract new members, and build connections within the community.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, to generate leads, attract new members, and promote gym programs. Monitor performance, manage budgets, and adjust campaigns to improve results.

• Content Creation: Visit the gym regularly to film classes, capture photos and videos, and create engaging Reels and short-form videos featuring our coaches, members, and community.

• Social Media Management: Develop content ideas, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and create engaging posts, stories, and graphics that reflect the Lifted brand.

• Graphic Design: Use Canva to create professional, on-brand social media graphics, flyers, postcards, promotional materials, and event signage.

• Local Marketing & Partnerships: Identify and develop collaborations with local businesses, schools, sports organizations, and community groups to increase brand awareness and attract potential members.
