Job summary

The Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) Marketing team is seeking a part-time Marketing Project Coordinator in Redding, CA to oversee day-to-day operations across all five tracks, working with the Marketing Manager and Israel to keep campaigns, content creation, and scheduling on track.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable and comfortable coordinating multiple projects and people in a fast-paced creative environment. 20 hours per week, $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines across teams.
• Experience with social media workflows and paid advertising a plus.
• Clear communicator across a multilingual, multi-track team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations across all five BSSM school tracks.
• Oversee social media content planning, scheduling, and posting.
• Manage video and photo recording schedules to meet content deadlines.
• Track campaign budgets and ad spend across Meta Ads for all tracks.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or delays early.
• Ensure deliverables align with enrollment goals and schedules.
