Job summary

Musco Sports Lighting, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Marketing Data Intern in Des Moines, IA to support marketing and sales through auditing and collecting client data for future campaigns. The role involves compiling data into a single, usable document and assisting with planning.

Responsibilities include reviewing videoboard project records in Asana, extracting client information, locations, board specs and pricing, and organizing data in Excel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Data Marketing, Communications, Sport & Rec Management or related field.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter and collaborative problem solver.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Asana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze videoboard project records within Asana to collect key project data and ensure information accuracy.
• Extract and compile project details, including client information, project location, board specifications, pricing, and other relevant data points.
• Research and navigate sales documentation to identify, verify, and capture required project information.
• Organize and maintain project data in Excel, ensuring consistency, completeness, and accuracy across all records.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve missing or unclear information and support reporting and data management initiatives.
• Part-time availability during standard work hours, Monday - Friday.
• Willingness to work in an in-person office environment in Des Moines.
• Must complete required Musco trainings.
