Job summary

Musco Sports Lighting, LLC is seeking a Marketing Intern - Videoboards in Des Moines to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across website, social media, email, and advertising channels. Qualifications

• Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or similar field.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Strong report compiling and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects across content, advertising, trade shows, and data/reporting initiatives to support team priorities and deadlines.
• Proofread and copywrite social media posts, blog content, advertising materials, and other marketing communications for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Assist with graphic design needs by supporting the development and refinement of visual assets for marketing campaigns and internal projects.
• Support trade show planning and execution through project coordination, organization of materials, and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate advertising projects, including tracking deliverables, reviewing content, and assisting with copywriting and proofing needs.
• Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data to identify insights and support reporting needs.
• Build reports and summaries that communicate project updates, campaign performance, and data-driven findings in a clear and professional format.
• In-person availability during standard business hours, Monday - Friday at our Des Moines office. This is a full-time summer internship.
• Willingness to work in an office environment.
• Must complete required Musco security and protocol trainings.
