Job summary

Osni Ponca LLC is seeking a part-time Marketing Specialist to coordinate and execute marketing activities across multiple affiliates, including Osni Ponca LLC and PEDCO. The role covers campaigns, social media, advertising, email, websites, eCommerce content, print materials, photography/video, and event promotion.

You will maintain the marketing calendar, ensure consistent branding, track performance, and report results to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, digital media, social media, advertising, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing marketing content and managing social media or digital marketing for a business or organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, deadlines, and priorities.
• Proficiency with common computer applications and familiarity with graphic design, photo/video editing, social media, email marketing, website/eCommerce, and related marketing tools.
• Ability to interpret basic marketing analytics and performance data and use results to improve marketing activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership, business/program managers, vendors, and other stakeholders while maintaining consistent brand standards.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn appropriate cultural protocols and respectfully represent the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska and communities served.
• Availability for occasional evening or weekend work; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of required drug screening and motor vehicle/criminal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities for Osni Ponca LLC, PEDCO, and affiliated businesses.
• Develop and maintain an organization-wide marketing calendar for campaigns, promotions, events, content, and deadlines.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, traffic, participation, and revenue.
• Establish marketing goals and KPIs; track performance and report results to management.
• Manage social media accounts and publish content promoting products, services, events, and organizational achievements.
• Develop and manage paid and organic advertising across digital, print, direct mail, email, and other channels.
• Design and produce marketing materials while maintaining brand standards.
• Develop and distribute email campaigns, newsletters, website content, blogs, and press releases.
• Maintain website and eCommerce content, including banners, products, events, and photos.
• Coordinate photography and video content for marketing needs.
• Coordinate marketing needs with business/program managers and maintain tracking processes.
• Identify marketing opportunities and trends and make recommendations to management.
• Maintain customer/contact lists and approved brand assets respecting cultural protocols and privacy.
