Muth Electric, Inc. is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing strategies, build our brand, and support recruitment for Sioux Falls.

The role collaborates with the Marketing Manager and Brand Director, handling content, social media, design, campaigns, and materials to maintain a consistent, professional presence. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in marketing or related fields, with strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of marketing, communications, design, or related experience preferred.
• Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with social media, content creation, photography, video, and graphic design.
• Proficiency with common marketing and design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Team-oriented with a creative and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and organize photo and video content for marketing use
• Assist with social media planning, scheduling, and content execution
• Support recruitment marketing, including job postings and hiring campaigns
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives
• Create and design marketing materials, including advertisements, signage, promotional materials, internal communications, graphics, and other visual content
• Maintain organized brand assets, templates, and marketing resources
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies on marketing deliverables
• Assist with research and analysis of market data, industry trends, and internal needs
• Support the Marketing Manager and Marketing & Brand Director with day-to-day marketing initiatives
• Help ensure marketing content and materials align with Muth Electric’s brand standards
