Wild Oak Boutique in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to bring our fashion brand to life through creative social content and campaigns. You will work with our content, social, email, and paid media teams to move ideas from concept to live assets at speed, building a portfolio along the way.

This hands-on role suits an organized, hungry starter eager to learn the data side of marketing and grow with a fast-moving ecommerce team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or samples of content work.
• 0-2 years in marketing, social, or content.
• Comfort with Canva or Adobe tools; fluent with Instagram and TikTok.
• Bonus: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo or similar email platform, or photo/video editing.

Responsibilities

• Create content for social, email, and site: photos, short video, graphics, copy.
• Plan and build promotional calendar for new arrivals, launches, sales, and campaigns.
• Draft and schedule email and SMS campaigns on-brand and on-time.
• Post, caption, and engage across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Coordinate shoots: scheduling, pulls, styling, assets.
• Support creator and affiliate program with product sending and tracking.
• Maintain accurate product pages and site merchandising.
• Pull performance reports to guide the team.
