CCARC Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to share our story and promote our mission through engaging content, campaigns, and community communications.

This part-time role requires 24 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on position needs. The ideal candidate will manage content calendars, create content for email/social media/website/print, and coordinate campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with experience or a bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute with CEO approval.
• Experience creating social media content and newsletters.
• Strong writing, editing, public relations, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Adobe Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle as needed.
• Completion of required agency training.

Responsibilities

• Manage content calendars and create content for email, social media, website, and print.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, event promotions, and fundraising communications.
• Produce newsletters, graphics, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Maintain branding and turn program updates into mission-focused stories.
• Monitor social media engagement and route inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with staff and external partners and track results.
