Job summary

You will produce newsletters and promotional materials, ensure consistent branding, monitor social engagement, and collaborate with staff to measure impact and improve communications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with experience or a bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute with CEO approval.
• Experience creating social media content and newsletters.
• Strong writing, editing, public relations, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Adobe Lightroom, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver's license, insurability through CCARC's carrier, and access to a personal vehicle for work as needed.
• Completion of required agency training.

Responsibilities

• Manage content calendars and create content for email, social media, website, and print.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, event promotions, and fundraising communications.
• Produce newsletters, graphics, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Maintain consistent branding and turn program updates into mission-focused stories.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to or route inquiries.
• Collaborate with staff and external partners, track communications results, and recommend improvements.
