New Jersey Institute of Technology seeks a Part Time Marketing and Recruitment Analyst to support graduate enrollment. You will conduct market research, analyze recruitment data, and develop reports and dashboards while assisting with marketing communications, recruitment strategies, and events.
You will collaborate with leadership, offices, faculty, students, alumni, and external partners to strengthen domestic and international recruitment.

The Part-Time Marketing and Recruitment Analyst supports MTSM graduate enrollment by conducting market and competitive research, analyzing recruitment data, developing reports and dashboards, and assisting with marketing communications, recruitment strategies, and events. The position works with school leadership, university offices, faculty, students, alumni, and external partners to strengthen domestic and international recruitment.
Hourly rate of $25
At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
